God Does “NOT” Do Nothing In Your Life
Yes, you read the title correctly. God does “ NOT” do nothing in your life for He is always doing something, even if you do not recognize the work He is doing; most Christians do not notice.
Let us take a little test to see how much you do believe God’s work is noticed by you.
Read this first scripture.
Ephesians 1:11 KJV
In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who works all things after the counsel of his own will:
Do you believe this? Do you really believe that God is constantly working in your life? Then why do you not act like you believe?
Okay, let us read the next scripture.
1 Peter 1:4-5 KJV
To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fades not away, reserved in heaven for you, Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
Do you believe this, that God works to keep you saved and that you trust in Him, and Him alone, and not in your self-will to keep you saved? Then why do act like you do not?
Do not worry. We only have one more scripture.
Matthew 11:28 KJV
Come unto me, all you that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Do you believe this? What do you believe? That Jesus was talking about physical labor? Was He not talking about people under Law working day in and day out to be obedient to the Law to become worthy to enter Heaven.
Did He not show them that being obedient by their own self-will is something that could not do, and that was the reason God came down to them as Jesus to do for them what they could not do for themselves; fulfill the Law’s requirements and live a perfect life in being completely obedient, and that all who confess Him to be Lord and believe on Him for doing what was needed for you, to be saved and found justified through the righteousness of Christ, to be worthy to enter into Heaven when they die, by resting in His work and not in your own self-willed work?
Do you believe this? Then why do you not act like Jesus is Lord and by Him, and Him alone, are you now saved, forgiven for your sins and are bound for Heaven all by the will of God and not by your own self-will?
Yes, God does “NOT” do nothing in your life, for He is always doing something, from saving you as He predestinated you to be saved, to working in you both to will and to do according to His good pleasure (Philippians 2:13) and to keeping you saved for that which is reserved for you in heaven.
Should you not act like it if you do believe scripture?
